My story
How I got here.
I was in corporate for a while, and I kept asking myself, why am I just making the rich richer? So I built Kwan Growth Labs to give the small guys the kind of help big companies take for granted.
Most owners didn't open a shop to become experts in sales calls and posting schedules. They opened it because they're really good at something. So here's the deal at KGL: you make the good stuff, and we help the people who'd love it find you.

The highlights, chapter by chapter.
- 01
Service first
I served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I led small teams, taught workshops and learned to walk up to strangers with a smile. I still use all three every single day.
- 02
The ground game
Prospecting, networking, special events, finding leads and marketing that had to prove itself. That's where I learned how people find a business and decide to call.
- 03
Two new offices
At MGA I led sales growth. I sold the sponsorships, built the regional packages and helped open the London and Berlin offices.
- 04
A team that stayed
At Solar Works Energy I grew the sales team from 3 to 10 reps, and they stuck around. Recruiting, onboarding, training, playbooks and a steady weekly rhythm.
- 05
New territory
I led North American partnerships for a mobile app network and helped it break into New York, San Francisco and Miami.
- 06
Advisor mode
I advised a national trade association on its event sponsorships. Every one we went after closed.
